The pool sets it aside
On every trade, the hook books the charity part of the fee to that charity's box. Nobody else can claim it.

The box sells it for ETH
A few times a day the attendant asks the box to sell its fuel through the station's listed route, with a floor on the price. WETH is simply unwrapped.

The charity gets it
The box sends every wei it holds to the charity address written into its code at deployment. It has no owner and no other way out.
